We will try our best to provide the best products and services to our customers.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. This requires that the customer raises a complaint regarding the same within 10 days from the date of delivery. The refund will only be issued once the item is returned to us with all the original packaging, tags, branding, etc. intact and the product unused. Refunds are only processed for products that arrive in a damaged condition or products that have any type(s) of manufacturing defect. Any other reason for a refund is not accepted due to hygienic concerns. 

The refund will be provided either in the form of store credits, or you have the choice to exchange the product for a product of similar price value. The issuance of the amount and form of return is under the sole discretion of, and we always ensure that the customer has a positive experience at our store.
