It feels very realistic to touch as soon as you get it in your hands. Just make sure you use enough water based lube when you're entering it. It has a pretty elaborate and detailed texture inside so you'll have a great time with that. The depth of this one is pretty much a safe spot too. It will work for just about anyone. Would definitely recommend it further.
