We will try our best to provide the best products and services to our customers.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a replacement or refund. This requires that the customer raises a complaint regarding the same within 24 hours from the time of delivery. The replacement or refund will only be issued once the item is returned to us with all the original packaging, tags, branding, etc. intact and the product unused. Replacements and refunds are only processed for products that arrive in a damaged condition or for products that have any type(s) of manufacturing defect. Any other reason for returning any product is not accepted due to hygienic concerns.

The refund will be provided either in the form of store credits, or you will be given the choice to exchange the product for a product of similar price value. Damaged Box Discounted Items: From time to time, some products get damaged in transit despite our best efforts. In order to maintain our customers' satisfaction, such products are not shipped out. However, to make up for the damaged box, we may provide these items (with a disclaimer about their condition) at a discounted price. We ship out these items with the original packaging (albeit torn/damaged packaging) after thoroughly checking the product inside for any damage/defect, with our own secondary packaging with seals. Therefore, any request for a return/replacement of such items will not be entertained if the packaging has been opened, unless it is an electronic item that does not work. We request customers to bear this in mind while ordering items with damaged boxes.

Disclaimer: The size of the products mentioned on the product page is subject to a variation of upto 10% in any dimension (length or girth). Any variation in dimensions of the product will not be accepted as a reason for return or replacement.

Fair-Use Policy: We strive to provide the best services to all our customers, which includes instant cancellations without any hassle and refunds in case of online payments. However, in order for us to keep extending this service to all our customers, we deduct a nominal processing fee of 5% of the order value from the amount to be refunded in case the order is cancelled.
