Self-Collecting Orders

We understand your need for privacy. When shopping at KamasutraToys, you can either opt for our convenient doorstep delivery, or collect the order yourself by opting for Self-Collect during checkout.

Q. What does Self-Collect mean?
A. By opting for self-collect, you can collect your order from the office of our courier partner nearest to your pincode. This is typically 2 to 6 km from any given address, but may vary according to your location.

Q. How will I know where is the self-collection point?
A. Once your order reaches the office of our courier partner nearest to you, the delivery agent will give you a call. Once you inform him that you have opted for self-collect, he will proceed to provide you the details and address of their office from where you will be able to collect your order. It is not possible for us to tell you where the self-collection point will be before your order reaches there.

Q. How long will I have to collect my order?
A. You will have 2 days to collect your order once you are informed by the delivery agent that your order is ready for collection. Please take any government ID proof with you when you visit the office to collect your order.
